If we've made a mistake with your order, please contact support@homelandcoffee.co with your order number and description of the issue so our team can make it right. Please allow up to one business day for a response.

All sales of food products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to food safety considerations.

If you're buying coffee or a type of coffee for the first time, we recommend buying a single 12oz bag of EMIREMBE Medium Roast Ground Coffee to taste test before committing to a larger quantity!

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@homelandcofee.co within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary.
