I am thoroughly impressed with the AMAANYI Dark Roast from Homeland Coffee. As a fan of dark roasts, I sometimes find they can be overly bitter or smoky, but this one is perfectly balanced. The flavor is deep and intense, with notes of dark chocolate and a hint of nuttiness, but it finishes remarkably smooth without any harsh acidity.
